Message from the Director

Student Services offers students an opportunity to have their academic, career and personal goals identified and obtained in a supportive atmosphere while studying at Saint Mary's University. Our university challenges students to not only learn in classes, but also continue that learning outside of class by volunteering, participating in group programs and living in Residence. This is where Student Services professionals step in. Through diverse programming and education, staff offer students assistance with issues such as: financial aid, personal concerns, career decision making, food services, health concerns, international student issues, employment, residence life, spirituality and child care. We are always willing to spend time with a student making them aware of the vast services available to help not only in their adjustment to university, but also in the transition to the world of work. Students have diverse and changing needs and so our services and programs reflect these in an attempt to assist students in obtaining a well-rounded education.
